IMPACT OF HUMAN RELATION SKILLS ON THE
JOB PERFORMANCE OF SECRETARIES
ABSTRACT
This work discusses
impact of human relation skills on the job performance of secretaries. A
hundred and twenty questionnaires were shared amongst secretaries from selected
organizations in Nigeria. Interviews and surveys were also conducted.
Primary and
secondary data were used the analysis. Both frequency distribution and
regression analysis were used.
It was observed
therefore that human relation skills have a significant positive impact on job
performance of secretaries. Also, there is a positive relationship between
human relation skills and job performance of secretaries.
The work is made
